mission
Pinellas Affordable Living, Inc. (PAL) is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) established by Boley in 1993 for the sole purpose of developing affordable housing. As a not for profit CHDO, PAL is eligible to access federal funds set aside for affordable housing development. PAL shares staff with Boley to accomplish its development goals. To date, PAL has developed 160 units of multi-family housing and two single family homes. PAL has 55 + units in varying stages of development.
