Jack Humburg, Executive Vice President of Housing, Development, and ADA Services and Boley Centers were honored by the Florida Housing Coalition at the annual Statewide Affordable Housing Conference. Chosen as a Sadowski Success Story for the development of Sally Poynter Preserves and the Ranch at Pinellas Park, Jack Humburg received an award for the development of affordable housing for people most in need.
Jack’s presentation showcased the partnerships that Boley Centers and Pinellas Affordable Living, Inc. (Boley’s Community Housing Development Organization), have developed with the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Pinellas County, the City of St. Petersburg and many other private funders which have enabled the on-going growth of affordable housing in our community.
