Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Consulting & Technical Assistance Boley Centers is the state affiliate of the Southeast Technical Assistance Centers. This federally funded effort focuses on fostering voluntary compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act through training, technical assistance, public speaking and information dissemination. Additionally, on-site consultation services are available to help employers, government agencies and private businesses comply with the ADA.

 

Comprehensive Community Service Teams (CCST) These multi-disciplinary teams are designed to provide a service system to best meet the individual needs of each person served. The primary focus is on individual strengths and resources as well as each person’s phase of recovery. Once a recovery plan is developed, team members help individuals to further develop their skills and provide all the needed supports and services with the ultimate goal of recovery. Each team provides case management, supported housing, supported employment and recovery coaching.

 

Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team is a multi-disciplinary treatment team made up of registered nurses, case managers, vocational specialists, recovery coaches and a psychiatrist. The team works closely with people who have been severely affected by mental illness, resulting in frequent or prolonged hospitalization or incarceration. Services are provided seven days a week in each person’s living, learning or working environment. The FACT Team’s objective is to provide any and all rehabilitation services, treatment and support necessary to assist individuals in reaching their individual recovery goals.
