OVERNIGHT RESIDENTIAL TECHNICIAN
Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, needs an Overnight Residential Technician (ONRT) in Pinellas County, with experience working in the mental health field. Provides overnight safety and security of the clients and the facility. Interacts routinely with clients and monitors medications, other interactions occur as necessary. Performs routine housekeeping, record keeping, and other duties as necessary or assigned.

Education
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
Experience
Six months of experience working in a human services organization. 30 hours of college credits can be substituted for experience. Experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred.
Knowledge
Some knowledge of mental illness preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Good skills and demonstrated abilities in interpersonal relations, basic math and language, record keeping, following written and/or verbal instructions, crisis handling and such others that are usually and customarily considered necessary for satisfactory completion of essential duties.

RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Summary Description:
Assesses service needs of clients and ensures needed services are provided to all clients assigned to caseload. Completes appropriate and necessary reports, records, documents, etc. and files in appropriate records.
Education:
Bachelor's degree with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development) and has a minimum of one year of full time or equivalent experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness; or bachelor's degree and also three years full time or equivalent experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness. Education must be from an accredited school, college, or university.
Experience:
Minimum of one to three years experience working with serious mental illness required depending upon type of bachelor's degree.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of mental illness and symptoms, mental health system and supports, community social services systems.

RECOVERY SPECIALIST
Summary Description
This temporary position provides support services to consumers residing in the community or in a permanent housing setting of a supported housing program. Services include placement, landlord negotiations, financial assistance, crisis intervention and basic living skills training and support in the least restrictive environment.Services are designed to promote independent living and mental health stability.

SR. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN

This position provides and/or produces a variety of services for those living in assigned residential facility.Such services include, but are not necessarily limited to, training in living skills, transportation to and from activities, counseling, medication management, and housekeeping assistance.Maintains proper records, receipts and other documentation as prescribed by regulation, policy or procedure.Participates in daily operations as requested by Residential Supervisor.

Bachelor's degree preferred.An Associate’s degree (60 credit hours) may qualify with relevant experience and certification as a Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT).Education must be from an accredited school, college, or university.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of one year of paid experience in human services is required for all staff.With an Associate’s degree must additionally have two (2) years of experience working with adults who have a severe mental health and/or substance use disorders.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of mental illness, substance abuse issues, counseling techniques, behavior modification, and rehabilitation and treatment preferred.

RECOVERY COACH
Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a Recovery Coach. This position works with the treatment team to provide psycho social rehabilitation services to consumers. Provides supportive and mentoring services to consumers in so that consumers can achieve individualized goals.
• Assists the treatment team with assessing strengths and needs of individuals in the program by directly observing/teaching skills (i.e. housekeeping, shopping, transportation, budgeting, medication management, laundry, planning leisure activities)
• With treatment team, implements treatment plans that seek to restore a person's functioning in key life roles such as work, family and community.
• Builds working relationship and maintains regular contact. Communicates the consumers' needs to treatment team. Reports as appropriate, all unusual events, activities, and incidents to supervisor or appropriate team member.
• Assists consumers to access resources in the community such as recreational activities, work, medical, dental, etc.; visits consumers at programs or their residence as scheduled or requested.
• Documents consumer and program activities as required.
• Mentors consumers in role recovery activities such as symptom management, relapse prevention, stress reduction and work readiness.
• Directly transports and teaches public transportation to consumers to support independence.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED equivalency.
EXPERIENCE
Six months of responsible work experience, preferably involving interactions with the public. Must have personal mental health and/or substance abuse experience.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Recovery Model, counseling techniques, verbal crisis intervention and mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Valid Florida driver's license required. This position requires meeting the eligibility requirements of the Agency's vehicle insurance carrier when driving an Agency vehicle or a personal vehicle transporting consumers. Own transportation vehicle and insurance preferred. Must be a consumer of mental health services as defined by the Agency.
