Boley Centers Seeks Employers for Youth Employment Program


Employment Opportunities Needed

St. Petersburg, Fla., July 20, 2016 — Boley Centers is actively seeking part-time employment opportunities for its Youth Employment Program which is funded by a grant from the Juvenile Welfare Board. This program offers youth, ages 14-17, with an opportunity for school success, part-time employment and family support services.

The households of qualifying youth must meet financial guidelines and be located in one of the following targeted zip codes:

  • Clearwater – 33755, 33756
  • Largo – 33760
  • Lealman – 33709, 33713, 33714 & 33781
  • St. Petersburg – 33705, 33711 & 33712
  • Tarpon Springs – 34689

The agency has Youth Employment Consultants assigned to each of the target areas who will work with participating employers and youth.  Employers do not have to be within the target zones and can be from the surrounding areas. The grant allows for Boley to pay $4.00 of the $8.05 hourly salary as well as all employer related taxes and expenses.
